Tyler Robert Trost

Tyler was born on April 20th at 2:46 AM. He was 7 lbs 7 oz and was 19 3/4 inches long. He's healthy and a good baby. We're at home now and everyone is doing well. :)

I should have made a shirt with this :) Still pregnant... 5 days to go. I feel like I'm going over because Brit was born 5 days early and I have had several times of consistent contractions over the last few days, only to stop. Oh well. I'll try to enjoy my sleep now and every day we get a few more things ready. Wish me luck! This week right?!

The basement

Wow - three posts in one day! Landon is doing such an excellent and beautiful job on the basement. It is SOOOO close to being done. He finished tiling around the fireplace, and is 70% done with the trim. The tops and sides of closets, doors, and windows are stained, lacquered, and hung. Now he's working on the baseboards. Besides a few small things, we'll be ready for carpet soon! It'll be so nice for him to have a break after he gets home from work instead of the additional work in the basement. It's been a year - which is a long time to have to work so much, but a short time to imagine he finished a whole basement by himself while working 12 hour days...

This last week

Some highlights from this last week: Brit loves his boots and will go in his closet and put them on - even when he has nothing else on :)



We went to Easter at my sister, Melissa's house. It was a beautiful weather and was nice to be together with family. Britton has the egg hunt down and also loved the new bunnies his cousins got for Easter. You can also see how exhausted he was from the fun, fresh air, and missing his nap.






This prego picture was taken today: 38 weeks, 1 day. I feel big enough and ready enough to go into labor now... I guess I'll just take it one day at a time :) Britton was 5 days early, so maybe I have a week left?
